# Views Page

Understand how Views extend SysTrack's data collection process by adding additional endpoint information for reporting and analysis.

## Video Transcript

Every 24 hours, each SysTrack-monitored end-point system sends a condensed version of the collected data to a central database for reporting and analysis. Views allow you to customize what additional endpoint data needs to be added to that process.

The PRINTERJOBS view, for example, is a factory view that would include print job statistics as part of the daily condense.

Views must be enabled through a role and assigned to the appropriate systems before data collection begins.

Custom views can also be created by users with Sequel knowledge and access to the SysTrack data tables.
