# Trending Impacted Time by Category

The Trending Impacted Time by Category tracks the top IT issues that affect the group’s total impacted time through a specific period. You can see if there are new or ongoing issues that impact users. The top four categories are shown individually, and the remaining ones are combined under **Other**.
