# Time Windows Page

Learn how to define operating schedules that control when alarms, notifications, and automated actions are allowed to run.

## Video Transcript

The Time Windows page allows you to control when alarms, alarm notifications, and alarm actions are active in SysTrack.

Choose from a predefined time window, such as 12 hours 5 days per week, 18 hours 6 days per week, 24 7, or Never Run. You can also create custom time windows to match your organization's operating schedule.

Once configured, these time windows can be assigned to alarms through Roles.
