# Test Your Configurations

This video demonstrates how to use the Operations section of the Administration page to immediately force a system to retrieve and apply its latest cloud configuration.

If we want to test the configuration immediately, rather than waiting up to 24 hours for the system to check in with the cloud, we can use the Operations section of the Administration page. Select the system or systems to test, choose the Read Configuration option, and click Run. This will force an update of the configuration on the selected system.
