## Overview

SysTrack Pulse is a browser extension that brings SysTrack diagnostics directly into your ITSM workflow. It runs as a side panel alongside your tickets, giving IT help desk agents instant access to system health data, detected issues, and AI-powered troubleshooting without leaving the ticketing interface.

With Pulse, agents can automatically link a ticket to the affected system, review checklist sensors and detected issues, run approved automations, and, with SysTrack AI, diagnose problems, generate end-user instructions, and escalate with full diagnostic context, all from a single pane.

## Compatibility

Pulse runs on Chromium-based browsers (Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge) and is ITSM-agnostic. It can be configured to work with any ITSM platform, including ServiceNow, Freshservice, and others.

## Access

- Basic features (System Search, System Checklist, Detected Issues, Tools, and System Info) are included for all SysTrack Cloud customers at no additional cost.
- SysTrack AI features require the **SysTrack AI** add-on license. Contact your account representative to learn more about enabling SysTrack AI.
