# SysTrack Overview

SysTrack is a digital employee experience (DEX) platform that collects and analyzes data from endpoint devices to help organizations understand how their IT environments are performing.

The platform provides visibility into endpoint health, resource utilization, application behavior, and user experience across physical and virtual environments. SysTrack captures data such as CPU, disk, memory, and other 10,000+ data points directly from the workspace. IT teams use SysTrack to investigate issues, analyze trends, assess environment readiness, and make data-driven decisions about workplace technology.

SysTrack covers a few core areas:

- Monitoring and diagnostics — continuous data collection from every endpoint, covering performance, application usage, and device health.
- Proactive IT — predictive analytics that surface issues before they escalate to the help desk.
- Insights and reporting — dashboards and reports that translate endpoint data into decisions for both IT and business stakeholders.
- AI-assisted remediation — guided step-by-step fixes generated from SysTrack's data and sensor engine.
- Compliance and governance — visibility into patching status, application performance, and shadow IT across the estate.
