SysTrack Desktop Engineer

This is the required core course for the SysTrack Desktop Engineer certification. Successful completion of the final exam is required to achieve certificate and e-badge.

Course Objective

By the end of this course, learners will be able to use SysTrack tools to proactively manage the IT environment.

Monitor and resolve current-state issues that affect the IT environment
Analyze data trends to identify anomalies and patterns
Evaluate software usage and performance
Prioritize hardware refreshes
View and create custom data dashboards

This course will not cover:

Administration of the SysTrack Cloud tenant, such as user management, configuration, and creating automations

Troubleshooting individual system issues
