# SysTrack Administrator

SysTrack Administrators are responsible for configuring and optimizing the organization’s SysTrack environment. In this learning path, we will use a series of use case examples, inspired by true stories, to illustrate key concepts common to Administrators. Successfully completing the certification exam will earn a SysTrack Certification. This includes a downloadable certificate and e-badge.

## Objectives

By the end of this course, learners will have a fundamental understanding of the tasks involved with administering a SysTrack Cloud environment.

- Describe how SysTrack collects data and how long data is stored
- Manage SysTrack Cloud security groups and users
- Customize sensors and alarms
- Create and assign roles and configurations
- Create SysTrack data visualization groups
- Adjust SysTrack Cloud settings

This course will not cover:

- Creating a SysTrack Cloud tenant
- Deploying SysTrack agents
- Creating and managing automations, surveys, engagements, and the Self-Help app
