This video explains how to switch between snapshot and snapshot live in ServiceNow.

Switching between snapshot views in ServiceNow on the SysTrack Diagnostics and SysTrack Detected Issues tabs of the ServiceNow ticket, users will view live data on the system by default. They will also be able to toggle between that live data and what was happening on the system at the time of the reported incident. Notice that on the detected issues tab, sensor interactions are only enabled in the snapshot live view.
