# Application Connections Dataset

The Application Connections dataset provides information about application connections in relation to inbound and outbound server connections. For this dataset to be populated with data the TCP Connections view needs to be enabled in SysTrack Deploy for each of your server configurations.

## Application Connections Dataset Perspectives

### Basic

This perspective delivers a high level view of application connections. For each package, the average daily connections and average bandwidth are shown.

### Port Usage

This perspective shows port usage of applications including average daily connections.

### Bandwidth Utilization

This perspective provides more detailed information regarding bandwidth utilization by common application package, including **Average In,Average Out,** and **Average Bandwidth**.
