The dashboard provides an overall Health Score for the organization and highlights the top five categories affecting users. In this example, we see memory, latency, disk, CPU and Network. The Health observation allows you to see individual groups to compare health scores and impacts across locations, departments, or user populations. This helps identify which groups are experiencing the greatest challenges and what types of issues are driving those impacts. If you click on an affected group, you will move to the Desktop Visualizer, where you can view individual devices, sort by specific metrics such as CPU or memory impact, and identify the systems experiencing the most significant performance issues. You can customize the displayed metrics, review detailed impact data, and investigate exactly when and how specific systems were affected. If desired, you can drill right into an individual system to investigate it in SysTrack Resolve. This approach allows you to move from a high-level organizational view to individual devices, helping you pinpoint the root causes of user experience issues across the environment.
