# Run an Engagement with Prevent

Send an engagement to affected users by selecting an activated sensor in Prevent, choosing the impacted systems, and running a pre‑configured engagement tool.

## Video Transcript

When a sensor is activated, your IT team can send an engagement to the affected users from SysTrack Prevent. This allows your team to inform users of the issue and even provide instructions so they can potentially address the situation themselves.

In Prevent, select **Current Issues** from the left menu. Select an activated sensor from the list. Then select the systems on which you want to run the engagement and click the **Take Action** button.

Click the **Select Tool** button under Engagements. Choose the pre‑configured engagement from the list, then click **Run**.
