Default is “”. 2. When performing a (silent mode) install, reinstall, upgrade, or uninstall, the system automatically restarts at each ForceReboot action, e.g. attempt to install a file in use. 3. The REBOOT property is used to suppress certain prompts and actions for restarts. 4. Set the property REBOOT=R (or REBOOT=ReallySuppress) to suppress all restarts and restart prompts initiated by the ForceReboot action. Note that the installer only evaluates the first character of the REBOOT property. 5. To determine if a system reboot is needed, add the /L*v switch to create a log file when performing a silent mode installation and search for entries that indicate a system reboot is required.
