# NetScaler Collection Extensions

SysTrack's NetScaler collection extensions allow SysTrack to collect Performance and Inventory data from a NetScaler using its NitroAPI. Then you can use this data for the following purposes:

- Use NetScaler-specific sensors to alert when an issue may occur.
- Perform root cause analysis by looking at historical NetScaler data when users report issues.
- Gain full end-to-end visibility of a user's session that combines the following data:
  - NetScaler data
  - SysTrack agent data collected on endpoints and virtual desktops
  - Citrix Director data
  - Thin client data from iGel and Dell Wyse devices
