# My Groups

The data in this pane helps you to understand where user experience or productivity impact in your organization is affected the most; you can also get an understanding of whether the productivity impact is trending either up or down for a particular group. The grid can be sorted by any of the headings, including Impacted Time Cost and Health Score.

To explore a group in more detail, click on the group name to drill down into the [Group Details](/documentation/docs/group-details-overview) page.
