# Integrations in Configure

The Integrations page in Configure provides configuration settings for some SysTrack integrations with external third-party services.

> [!NOTE]
> **NOTE**: For more information about all SysTrack Integrations, see [Integrations](/documentation/docs/integrations).

Configure's Integrations page includes the following three tabs.

## ServiceNow Tab

On the **SysTrack Configure > Integrations > ServiceNow** tab, you configure the integration to submit a ServiceNow Incident. That is the only integration that uses the settings on this ServiceNow tab. The [Assist for ITSM](/documentation/docs/servicenow-integrations-assist-for-itsm) and [Asset Optimization](/documentation/docs/asset-optimization) integrations do not make use of any of the settings on this tab.

For full instructions on how to configure the settings on this tab, see [Configure the Integration to Submit a ServiceNow Incident](/documentation/docs/configure-the-integration-to-submit-a-servicenow-incident).

## Unified Endpoint Management Tab

At **SysTrack Configure > Integrations**, the **Unified Endpoint Management** tab gives you the configuration options for Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools with which SysTrack can integrate.

The three MDM tools with configuration options on this tab are:

- [Jamf](/documentation/docs/jamf)
- [Workspace ONE](/documentation/docs/workspace-one)
- [Microsoft Intune](/documentation/docs/microsoft-intune)

> [!NOTE]
> **NOTE**: These three integrations are designed for mobile devices only. Before the integrations can collect any data, the SysTrack iOS or Android agent must be installed and currently running on your mobile devices. Simply having the agent running on the device (without configuring the integrations) enables you to collect the data specified in the iOS or Android columns in all [Supported Features tables](/documentation/docs/supported-features). Then, if you configure an integration, you can collect a limited set of additional data, which is specified in the MDM column of the [Supported Features tables](/documentation/docs/supported-features).

To install the SysTrack Android agent, see [Android Installation](/documentation/docs/android-agent-overview). To install the SysTrack iOS agent, see [iOS Installation](/documentation/docs/ios-overview).

## Other Integrations Tab

At **SysTrack Configure > Integrations**, the **Other Integrations** tab gives you the configuration options for some other tools with which SysTrack can integrate.

The tools with configuration options on this tab are:

- Azure Virtual Desktop: [Integration instructions](/documentation/docs/azure-virtual-desktop).
- Office 365: [Integration instructions](/documentation/docs/office-365).

- Qualtrics: [Integration instructions](/documentation/docs/health-score-service-integration-with-qualtrics).
- Proxy Settings Credentials: This [integration](/documentation/docs/proxy-settings-credentials) is for SysTrack On-Premises only.
