A higher score means fewer impacts and a better user experience. A score of 100 means SysTrack recorded no impact during the measured time. SysTrack calculates the Health Score as: `Health Score = 100 × (1 − Impact mminutes ÷ Active mminutes)` For example, if a user was active on a system for 480 minutes (8 hours), and the system was impacted for 30 of those minutes, the Health Score for that day is: `100 × (1 - 30 ÷ 480) = 93.75% ` Impact minutes come from 13 health impact categories. For details, see [Health Impact Categories and Default Thresholds](/documentation/docs/impact-categories). For how SysTrack measures and records impact minutes, see [How the Health Score Is Calculated](/documentation/docs/how-the-health-score-is-calculated). ## Active Time For desktops, active time counts only the minutes when a user session was connected, not display-locked, and not in a screen saver. SysTrack does not include idle keyboard or mouse time in this definition, and it leaves idle time out of both active and impacted minutes rather than scoring it as healthy. A desktop with no active time on a given day gets no Health Score for that day. For servers and terminal servers, active time is all the time the machine is on. SysTrack does not require a logged-in user, so a problem that occurs while nobody is logged in still lowers the Health Score of a server. ## Status Bands SysTrack groups Health Scores into four bands: - Excellent: 97% and above - Good: 90% up to 97% - Fair: 80% up to 90% - Poor: below 80% For SysTrack On-Premises, you can change these thresholds in the SysTrack Deployment Tool, under the **Site Visualizer** global configuration. ## Where to View the Health Status and Health Score Summary Charts The **Health Status** chart is on the **Dashboard** tab of the **Desktop Visualizer**. See [View the Desktop Dashboard](/documentation/docs/view-the-desktop-dashboard). The **Health Score Summary** chart is on the **Dashboard** tab of the **Enterprise Visualizer**. See [View Health Score Summary](/documentation/docs/view-health-score-summary).
