Action Builder
A SysTrack tool used to create, edit, and test actions (scripts) that can be run manually or automatically in response to sensor conditions.

Action Governance
The SysTrack interface for reviewing, approving, and controlling actions created in Action Builder before they can be deployed or run at scale.

Action Scheduler
A SysTrack component that runs predefined actions automatically based on a schedule or conditions, such as sensor triggers or time-based rules.

Actions
Scripts or executable tasks managed by SysTrack that can be run manually or automatically (for example, when sensors trigger) on monitored endpoints to remediate issues or collect additional data.

Agent
The SysTrack endpoint service that runs on devices (physical or virtual) to collect high-fidelity telemetry and send it to the Master or Cloud tenant for analysis.

Agent Branding
Configuration options that let you customize the look and feel of SysTrack’s endpoint components (Self Help app, tray icon, desktop/start menu icons) to match your organization’s branding.

Alarm Action
An action configured to run when a defined alarm condition occurs—typically based on one or more sensors—to automatically remediate or assist in resolving the issue.

Alarm Class
The highest-level category within an Alarm Profile in SysTrack, used to group related alarms (for example, CPU, disk, or network) for configuration and reporting.

Alarm Instance
A single occurrence of an alarm tied to a specific process or system instance. For example, separate Notepad.exe processes on a terminal server each generate their own alarm instance, identified by process ID (PID).

Alarm Notifications
Alerts—such as emails or other messages—sent when selected SysTrack sensors or alarms are triggered.

Annual Contract Value
Annual Contract Value (ACV) is the value of a customer’s contract averaged per year over the contract term. ACV is a metric used in Client Success.

Annual Recurring Revenue
Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) is the value of recurring subscription revenue normalized to a one-year period, including upgrades and churn, for SaaS products. ARR is a metric used in Client Success.

API Endpoint
A specific URL or network location where an API receives requests and sends responses.

API Parameter
The variable parts of an API request that define or filter the resource or action, such as query strings, path parameters, or headers.

Application Connections
A SysTrack dataset that shows how applications connect to servers and services, including inbound and outbound connections, to help analyze network dependencies and performance.

Application Faults
A SysTrack dataset and related views that surface application errors and instability and show how those faults impact systems and users across the monitored environment.

Application Hook
A SysTrack feature that collects application start data needed for tools such as Boot/Login Time. It is enabled or disabled through the Deployment Tool profile configuration for systems.

Applications
A SysTrack tool that reports on individual executable applications—the components of software packages—showing usage, performance, and impact on end‑user experience.

Assignments
The mechanism in SysTrack for applying configurations (roles, profiles, policies) to systems or users, typically by associating them with groups.

Asynchronous
For SysTrack Collection Extensions, an execution mode where SysTrack starts the script and waits for it to complete without blocking other agent operations; the script runs until it finishes and returns output.

Automation
In SysTrack, the use of actions, sensors, and schedules to automatically detect issues and trigger remediation or data‑gathering workflows without manual intervention.

Azure Subscription
A logical container in Microsoft Azure used to provision and manage related cloud resources and services.

Azure Tenant
An Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) instance that represents an organization and owns its identities, applications, and subscriptions. Each tenant is distinct and separate from other tenants.


B

Backlog
A prioritized list of work items or tasks that are not yet scheduled or scoped for delivery.

Baseline Health
A snapshot of SysTrack health data captured at a specific point in time and used as a reference to measure improvement or degradation.

Black Box
A SysTrack Resolve tool that acts as a time machine for endpoint telemetry, recording detailed time‑series system data so you can rewind to specific points in time to troubleshoot issues without reproducing them.

Boot/Login Time
A SysTrack tool that measures how long systems take to boot and for users to log in, helping identify processes and components that slow startup. The Application Hook setting must be enabled in the deployment profile for this tool to collect application start data.

Bottleneck
A condition where a resource (for example, CPU or disk) limits overall system performance, such as when CPU queue length remains more than twice the number of processor cores over a sustained period.

BSOD
Blue Screen of Death. A Windows error screen that appears when the operating system encounters a fatal system error or crash.

BYOD
Bring Your Own Device. A policy or practice where employees use personal devices for work purposes.

BYOK
Bring Your Own Key. An encryption key management approach that lets organizations encrypt their data while retaining control over and management of their own encryption keys.


C

Child Agent
A SysTrack Agent installed on a child system that sends collected telemetry data to a Master or tenant.

Child System
A system (physical or virtual) that has a SysTrack Agent installed and is connected to a Master or tenant. Child systems can run supported versions of Windows, Linux, macOS, and other operating systems.

Churn Rate
The percentage of revenue or customers lost over a defined period due to cancellations, non‑renewals, or departures. Used as a metric in Client Success.

Citrix License Pools
A SysTrack tool that provides information about Citrix license pools in the environment, such as allocation and usage.

Citrix Published App Children
A SysTrack tool that focuses on child applications launched from an existing published desktop session or another published application in a Citrix environment.

Citrix Published Applications
A SysTrack tool that enumerates applications and desktops published in a Citrix environment and provides perspectives such as Basic, Daily Usage, and Child Applications.

CNK
Compute Node Kernel. The node‑level operating system for the IBM Blue Gene series of supercomputers.

Collaborative Tools
Applications that enable users to work together in real time or asynchronously, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype, Google Forms, or Webex.

Comma-Separated Value
A plain text file format used to store tabular data, where each record is on its own line and fields are separated by commas. Often used to import and export data to and from SysTrack.

Community Visualizer
A SysTrack Visualizer view that aggregates metrics such as application faults, boot and login performance, hardware health, software packages, and storage across a defined community (group of systems or users).

Comparative Analytics
Analysis that compares two or more datasets, processes, or documents to identify patterns, trends, and differences, often using filtering and decision‑tree techniques.

Condense
A SysTrack refresh action in Visualizer that aggregates and uploads selected endpoint data to the Master or tenant at scheduled times.

Config Sync
A configuration management concept for propagating consistent configurations and policies across environments. Not a core SysTrack feature.

Configuration
In SysTrack, a collection of roles and settings that define what data is collected and how systems are monitored. Each system can have only one configuration assigned at a time.

Configure
SysTrack Configure, the web‑based administration interface used to manage Agents, Roles, Profiles, Configurations, Tools Access Security, Privilege Sets, Groups, and related settings.

Connections
In SysTrack, typically refers to application or network connections between endpoints and servers, as captured in datasets such as Application Connections.

CPU Queue Length
The number of threads that are ready to run on the CPU but are waiting because another thread is currently using the processor.

CPU Usage
The percentage of Central Processing Unit (CPU) capacity consumed by running processes at a given moment, as reported by SysTrack and used in health and performance analysis.

CrowdStrike
A cybersecurity company that provides cloud‑delivered security services such as endpoint protection, threat intelligence, and incident response.

Current Boot Configuration
A SysTrack view that displays a system’s basic boot configuration information, such as firmware type and boot parameters.

Custom View
A SysTrack Visualizer view tailored by Lakeside or the customer to meet specific reporting or analysis needs, often built from standard datasets.

Customer Gateway
Lakeside’s customer portal where users can access SysTrack documentation, playbooks, knowledge base articles, and training materials.

Customer Lifetime Value
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) is the total revenue a business can reasonably expect from a single customer account over the full length of the relationship. Used as a metric in Client Success.

Customer Satisfaction Score
Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) is a metric that measures how satisfied customers are with a company’s products or services, typically via survey responses.


D

DaaS
Desktop as a Service. A cloud service model where virtual desktops are hosted by a third party and delivered to end users over a network.

Daily Impact
In SysTrack Resolve, a graph that shows the total number of minutes a given category negatively impacted system performance over the last 30 days.

Dashboard
A configurable SysTrack view that presents key metrics, charts, and tables in a single interface for monitoring or reporting on specific use cases.

Dashboard Builder
The interface in SysTrack used to design and build custom dashboards from available datasets and visualization components.

Database Servers
A SysTrack tool that provides information about SQL Server host systems and their performance within the environment.

Degraded Items
In SysTrack Resolve, a visualization showing specific conditions and issues (such as disk or CPU problems) that degraded system performance, especially during boot or login.

Delete
The HTTP DELETE method for APIs, used to request the removal of a resource. The server decides how to handle the request and may or may not physically delete the underlying data.

Dependency
A software component or service that another piece of software relies on to function. Dependencies can introduce latency or performance issues that may not originate on the local system.

Device Spread Target
The percentage of devices targeted for each health or performance group, often used in planning or reporting.

Digital Employee Experience
The overall quality of employees’ interactions with workplace technology (devices, applications, and services), sometimes abbreviated as DEX.

Digital Experience Cloud
Lakeside’s digital experience management platform, which includes endpoint data collection, an Intelligent Edge architecture, platform services, and solutions that help IT monitor digital experience and resolve issues across the environment.

Digital Experience Management
The practice of gathering and analyzing data about users’ interactions with technology to expand IT visibility, provide proactive support, plan digital transformation, and improve end‑user experience.

Disaster Recovery
The processes and technologies used to restore services and data after a disruptive event such as a natural disaster, outage, or human error.

Disk Time
The percentage of elapsed time during which a selected disk drive is busy servicing read or write requests.

DLP
Data Loss Prevention. Tools and processes that ensure sensitive data is not lost, misused, or accessed by unauthorized users.

Dynamic Group
A SysTrack group whose membership is determined by a user‑defined query (for example, SQL). Membership changes automatically as systems meet or no longer meet the criteria.

Employee Time Impacted
A SysTrack metric that estimates the hours per week, on average, during which users are impacted by IT issues and unable to be fully productive.

Empty Line
In an HTTP message, the blank line that separates the header section from the message body.

End-User Experience
The quality of users’ interactions with technology, including performance, reliability, and usability of devices, applications, and services.

End-User Experience Management
A term used by analysts such as Gartner and Forrester to describe Digital Experience Management (DEM), focusing on monitoring and improving end‑user interactions with IT services.

Engagement
In SysTrack, a pop‑up or message that can be automatically or manually assigned to sensors to interact with users—for example, to gather feedback or provide guidance.

Engagement Surveys
Surveys configured in SysTrack Configure to collect real‑time feedback from end users about their technology experience.

Enterprise
The overall collection of an organization’s devices, systems, and servers across multiple departments and locations.

Enterprise Visualizer
A SysTrack Visualizer view that summarizes health and performance across the entire enterprise, including Health Score Summary, Trending Health Metrics, top impacts, and high‑level analysis for all connected devices.

EUC
End‑user computing. The set of technologies and services that provide users with access to applications and data, typically on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Event
An action or occurrence, such as a user interaction or system change, that is tracked by SysTrack or the underlying operating system.

Event Correlation
The process of identifying relationships between different events—such as alarms, health changes, and network issues—to help determine root causes of problems.

Event Handler
A routine or piece of code that executes in response to a specific event.

Event Log
A log on a system that records events related to applications, security, and system components. SysTrack can analyze these logs as part of troubleshooting.

Executive Business Review
Executive Business Review (EBR) is a strategic meeting with customers focused on aligning business objectives and outcomes, reviewing value delivered, and identifying new opportunities. Used as a Client Success activity.

Executive Insights
High‑level visualizations and reports in SysTrack that provide executives with an overview of digital experience and IT performance across the enterprise.


F

Factory View
The default SysTrack view or configuration provided out of the box, without customer‑specific customization.

Fault
A malfunction or error in hardware or software that can affect system stability or performance.

Feature
An enhancement or functional addition to a product.

Features and Roles
A SysTrack tool that provides information about roles and features configured on servers, often in Windows Server environments.

FedRAMP
The Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), a U.S. government program that standardizes security assessment and authorization for cloud products and services used by federal agencies to ensure consistent, high‑level protection of federal data in the cloud.

File Type
A category of files (such as executables or support files). Support files can be used when building SysTrack Collection Surveys.

Focus Bar
A control in SysTrack charts that lets you highlight a portion of a graph—such as a single day within a 30‑day trend—to zoom in for more detail.

Friction
Any obstacle or inefficiency in a workflow that makes it harder or slower for users (including developers) to complete tasks. In a digital experience context, friction often refers to technology‑related issues that slow employees down.

FSLogix
A Microsoft technology that enhances and enables user profiles in Windows remote computing environments and can help create more portable sessions on physical devices.


G

Gateway
A device or service that forwards network traffic from a local network to other networks.

GDI
Graphics Device Interface. The part of Microsoft Windows responsible for representing graphical objects and sending them to output devices such as monitors or printers.

GDPR
The General Data Protection Regulation, a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal data for individuals in the European Union and European Economic Area, with implications for processing data elsewhere.

GET
The most commonly used HTTP method for APIs, used to request and retrieve data from a specified resource.

GPO
Group Policy Object. A collection of Group Policy settings in Windows that defines how systems and user environments are configured and behave.

Granular
Describes data at a very detailed level, such as per‑process or per‑second metrics, as opposed to aggregated summaries.

Graphing
The display of data in visual formats such as line graphs, bar charts, and scatter plots to reveal trends and patterns over time.

Group
A logical collection of systems or users in SysTrack, used to filter data, apply configurations, and scope analysis.

Group Health
A SysTrack view that shows Health Score and related metrics for each group in the enterprise.

GUI
Graphical User Interface. A visual interface that uses windows, icons, menus, and pointing devices (such as a mouse) for interaction.

Hardware
The physical components of a system, such as CPU, memory, disk, and peripherals. SysTrack collects detailed hardware inventory data.

Hardware Diagram
A SysTrack view that displays the system’s connected hardware components in a diagram grouped by categories such as memory, disk, and network.

Headers
In HTTP, key‑value pairs sent in requests and responses to provide metadata such as host, date, content type, content length, and caching directives.

Health Score
A SysTrack metric that summarizes the impact of performance, stability, and other factors on the end‑user digital experience, typically on a scale where lower scores indicate worse experience.

Health Tool
A SysTrack tool that helps you determine which categories and conditions are contributing most to poor system health and slow response time.

Hidden sensors
Sensors that have been disabled or hidden in SysTrack to reduce noise or remove data that is not relevant for a given analysis.

Hierarchy
In Dashboard Builder, a way of organizing data and components so you can drill down from higher‑level summaries to more detailed information.

High Availability
An architectural design that uses redundancy to minimize service disruption in the event of component failures.


I

Individual System Correlation
The practice of correlating events and alarms on a single system—such as network disconnects, latency alarms, and event log entries—that occur around the same time to identify likely root causes.

Installation
The process of adding or connecting hardware components to a computer or deploying software onto systems.

Integration
The process of connecting different software systems or subsystems so that they work together as a unified solution, such as integrating SysTrack with an ITSM tool or MDM platform.

Intelligent Edge
A key part of Lakeside’s Digital Experience Cloud architecture where smart sensors on endpoints analyze data locally before sending it to the cloud or master, enabling high‑frequency, privacy‑preserving, low‑impact data collection.

Intelligent Package
A set of SysTrack capabilities that leverages embedded AI and machine learning, along with Lakeside’s patented data collection engine, to accelerate root cause analysis and reduce mean time to repair, supporting a shift from reactive to proactive and predictive IT operations.

Internet Printing Protocol
Internet Printing Protocol (IPP), which allows programs to send print jobs to printers or print servers and perform administrative tasks such as querying printer status and canceling jobs.

Internet Protocol
The layer in the TCP/IP stack that provides the basic virtual network abstraction of the Internet, handling addressing and routing of packets between hosts.

Internet Protocol Network
A network of devices that communicate using Internet Protocol (IP) addresses.

Inventory
A list of available systems and their characteristics, such as hardware and installed software, within an enterprise.

Investigate Health
Analyzing Health Score and related metrics in SysTrack to identify the categories and issues that are degrading system performance or user experience.

IOPS
Input/Output Operations Per Second. A measure of how many read and write operations a storage device can perform each second.

ISP
Internet Service Provider. A company that provides internet connectivity to organizations and individuals.

ITSM
IT Service Management. The set of processes and practices used to design, deliver, manage, and improve the way IT is used within an organization.


K

Kernel mode
An operating mode in Windows where the processor executes low‑level code with full access to system hardware and memory, in contrast to user mode.

Kit Builder
A SysTrack feature that provides access to a curated library of officially supported dashboards that can be imported into a tenant.

KPI
Key Performance Indicator. A quantifiable measure used to evaluate success in meeting objectives over time.


L

L1
Level 1 support. The first tier of customer or IT support that handles initial requests, basic troubleshooting, and ticket creation for escalation.

L2
Level 2 support. The second tier of support that handles more complex troubleshooting and analysis of issues escalated from Level 1.

L3
Level 3 support. Subject matter experts (such as engineers and developers) who handle the most complex issues and provide in‑depth analysis and solutions.

Latency
The delay between a request and its corresponding response, or the time it takes data to travel from one point in a network to another.

Latency Faults
Issues where network or application latency is high enough to negatively impact performance or user experience.


M

Measure Health Improvement
Comparing current SysTrack health metrics to baseline data to determine how much system or user experience has improved after remediation or change.

Metholodology
In the context of sensors, the defined approach or conditions under which a sensor evaluates and triggers—for example, triggering when disk free space falls below a configured percentage.

Module
A discrete unit of code or functionality that can be developed, maintained, and reused independently.

Monthly Recurring Revenue
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), the predictable revenue a company expects to receive each month from subscription services. Used as a metric in Client Success.


O

On-Prem
An installation model where the customer hosts and manages SysTrack infrastructure (Masters, databases, and supporting services) in their own environment rather than using SysTrack Cloud.


P

Patch
In HTTP APIs, the PATCH method applies partial updates to a resource, sending only the changes rather than the entire representation.

PDLC
Product Development Life Cycle. The stages through which a product progresses from concept to retirement.

Performance Disk Alarm
A SysTrack alarm that indicates disk performance degradation based on metrics such as disk queue length, latency, or utilization, contributing to Health Score.

Persona
A fictional profile representing a group of users with similar behaviors, device usage, and application needs (such as “Task Worker” or “Power User”), used to analyze and compare digital experience across user types.

Persona Visualizer
A SysTrack Visualizer view that compares metrics and KPIs across personas, helping IT understand how different user groups experience technology and where to focus improvements.

Physical Systems
Systems that run directly on physical hardware (such as desktops and laptops), as opposed to virtual machines running on a hypervisor.

POST
The HTTP method used by APIs to send data to a server to create or process a resource.

Power Manager
A SysTrack feature that monitors active versus idle states on endpoints and applies power policies such as sleep or hibernate to reduce energy costs and environmental impact.

Privacy
In SysTrack Configure, settings and tools that support privacy compliance, such as removing or anonymizing data for specific users in accordance with regulations like GDPR.

Process ID
Process ID (PID). A number used by the operating system to uniquely identify a running process.

Process Views
Custom views in SysTrack that present process‑level data from agents in specific formats, often used for specialized visualizations or reports focused on certain applications or behaviors.

Productivity Impact
A SysTrack metric that estimates how much time, within a given week, an average employee is affected by system issues and unable to be fully productive.

PUT
The HTTP method used by APIs to create or replace a resource at a specific URL. Unlike POST, repeated PUT requests with the same data typically have the same effect (idempotent).


R

Range Finder
A control in Dashboard Builder that uses a slider to define minimum and maximum values from a connected data block, which can also be set manually by the user.

Read Configurations
A command that forces child systems (agents) to immediately contact the Master or tenant to retrieve their latest configuration settings instead of waiting for the next scheduled update.

Refresh Action
A scheduling option in SysTrack Visualizer that lets you specify when data should be refreshed or condensed to reflect the latest changes.

Regional Master
An on‑premises SysTrack master server that handles data from up to approximately 10,000 child agents and reports to a Global Master in large, distributed environments.

Remediate Health
The process of resolving or mitigating health‑related issues identified during investigation, such as by applying configuration changes, updates, or automated actions.

Request Line
In an HTTP request, the initial line that specifies the request method (such as GET or POST), the request URL, and the HTTP version.

REST API
Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interface. An architectural style for building web services that interact over HTTP using standard methods such as GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE.

Return of Value
Return of Value (ROV). A SysTrack metric that estimates the impact of improved or degraded digital experience on business value, often expressed as time saved or productivity gained.

Risk
SysTrack views and metrics that help identify potential security and configuration risks, including details about application configurations, inventories, hardware, system settings, and installed packages.

Risk Visualizer
A SysTrack Visualizer view that ranks risks by severity and impact across the enterprise to help prioritize remediation.

Role
In SysTrack, a collection of performance counters, services, events, alarms, and other settings that define how a particular type of system should be monitored. Configurations are collections of roles.

Root Cause Analysis
A systematic process for determining the underlying causes of issues so that they can be effectively resolved and prevented from recurring.

RSS
Really Simple Syndication. A family of formats used to publish frequently updated content, such as news headlines or blog entries, which can be read by RSS readers.

Run Inventory
A command that forces a child system to immediately perform a hardware and software inventory scan and send the results to the Master or tenant, outside the normal schedule.

SDLC
Software Development Life Cycle. The process of planning, creating, testing, deploying, and maintaining software.

Sensor
An intelligent edge rule or condition evaluated on endpoints by the SysTrack Agent. Sensors detect patterns or issues (such as high CPU, low disk space, or application crashes) and can trigger alarms, actions, or Self Help content.

Sensor Builder
An internal SysTrack interface used by Lakeside to design and maintain sensors that detect specific use cases and IT issues.

Sensor Variables
Parameters such as thresholds and other criteria applied to sensors to determine when they should trigger.

Server Dashboard
A SysTrack dashboard that summarizes the status and performance of servers and their key service areas within the managed network.

Server Performance
SysTrack views and metrics that show how servers use their available computing resources and how effectively they deliver applications and services to users.

Sessions
A SysTrack tool that provides information about published application sessions in environments such as Citrix, including Basic and Session Summary perspectives.

Simple Network Management Protocol
SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol), a protocol used by networked devices to share management information with each other and with management systems.

Software Packages
In SysTrack, collections of applications that are typically installed and licensed together; SysTrack provides insight into how these packages are used and how they consume resources.

Software Tool
The Software tool in SysTrack Resolve that provides a history of software package changes, installations, and usage for the selected time period.

SSO
Single Sign-On. An authentication method that lets users securely access multiple applications and websites using a single set of credentials.

SSO Name
A short, human‑readable identifier for a tenant used in SSO configurations that typically does not contain numbers or spaces.

SSRS
SQL Server Reporting Services. A set of on‑premises tools and services from Microsoft used to create, deploy, and manage paginated reports.

Standard Operating Procedure
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). A set of written instructions that describe how to perform a routine process correctly and consistently.

Static Group
A SysTrack group whose members are explicitly specified and changed only when manually updated.

Support File
A file associated with a SysTrack solution or survey (such as a script or helper executable) used to support specific use cases on a system.

Survey Builder
A SysTrack feature that lets you design end‑user surveys and integrate them with SysTrack for context‑aware user feedback.

Synchronous
For SysTrack Collection Extensions, an execution mode where SysTrack starts the script and waits only for a defined timeout period; if the script does not finish within this time, the collection is considered failed or incomplete.

System Firmware
Information about a system’s firmware, such as whether it supports secure boot.

System Health Distribution
A chart in SysTrack that shows how systems or users are distributed across Health Score bands (for example, Poor to Good), helping identify where issues are concentrated.

System List
A SysTrack view that lists systems along with details such as which users have used them and when they were last used.

System Usage
Information, often from System List, about how often systems are used and which users have used them recently.

SysTrack
Lakeside’s digital experience monitoring and management platform. SysTrack gathers and analyzes data on everything that may impact end‑user experience and business productivity—CPU, disk, memory, applications, networks, and thousands of other data points—so IT can reduce help desk tickets, right‑size resources, reduce time to resolution, and support digital transformation.

Task Scheduler
A system or platform feature that runs predefined actions automatically when certain conditions are met, such as at a scheduled time.

TCP Stack
The Transmission Control Protocol layer and related components in the TCP/IP stack that provide reliable, connection‑oriented communication for applications.

Telemetry
The automatic measurement, collection, and transmission of data from remote sources using sensors. In SysTrack, telemetry refers to endpoint data collected by Agents.

Tenant
In SysTrack Cloud, a logically isolated environment that functions like a Master for cloud customers. A tenant receives data from large numbers of SysTrack Agents and is maintained and upgraded by Lakeside.

Thick Application
An application that performs most of its processing on the client device rather than relying heavily on server‑side processing or thin‑client architectures.

Threshold

Update
A process that runs while a user is active on a local machine, such as installing new software versions or patches. SysTrack measures the impact of updates in minutes of disruption.

Usage
