One of the most common questions IT teams are asked is whether end users are having a good IT experience. With SysTrack, that's very easy to answer.

To begin, open the Visualizer. Once it loads, navigate to the Enterprise section and then choose Dashboard. The first thing you'll see is the user experience score, or health score. This metric shows the percentage of time users are able to do their jobs without being impacted by IT issues. In this particular environment, the score is just over 60%, which means users are experiencing IT-related interruptions roughly 40% of the time. You can also view how this score trends over time, as well as what factors are contributing to user experience problems.

The score shown represents the average over the last 30 days and reflects the entire enterprise. If you want to break this down further, launch the Dashboard Browser tool and search for the dashboard titled, "What is the End User Experience of My Estate?" When it loads, you'll see the overall user experience score along with scores for each individual group that has been created. This makes it easy to compare performance across groups and quickly identify which ones are having the worst user experience. Selecting a group will update the trending data, showing when issues began affecting those users and how they have been affected each day. This makes it simple to track degradation, spot patterns, and guide troubleshooting efforts.
