# DEX and Action Release Notes June 2026

This release includes updates to Actions.

## New and Updates

| Content name | Content type | Details of update |

| Enable Camera Access | Action | New - Turns on the Windows **Camera access** master switch at the device level, allowing apps to use the camera again. The Camera access switch operates above the camera hardware layer. When it is off, all camera-enabled apps are blocked from accessing the camera, even if the device itself is functioning correctly. The change is applied immediately. No restart, sign-out, or visit to settings is required. The script creates a log and exits if Windows privacy settings prevent the camera from being enabled. The action is available in the [Sensor Actions Kit](/documentation/docs/dex-packs-dex-and-kit-downloads#s-to-z). |
