To select from a list of already defined categories, either place your cursor in the **Category** field, begin typing a category name, and select from the displayed list, or use the drop-down list to select the appropriate category. 3. To create a new category, click the plus icon to the right of the **Category** field. 4. Enter a name for the new category in the pop-up dialog box, and click the **OK** button, or click the **Cancel** button. 5. When you are done, click the **Apply** button to save your changes.
