You can apply password protection to a role configuration.
In System Configuration, select Roles.
Click Password. The Create New Password dialog opens.
Enter a New Password, and confirm it in the Reenter Password field. Then click Set Password.
To remove the password protection, enter the password if necessary in the Password field, and then deselect the Password check box.
