# Cloud Data Relay Prerequisites

Before you install SysTrack Cloud Data Relay, be sure to complete these prerequisites.

## For Collecting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Data

For the Citrix data to be collected with Data that was installed following the steps outlined in [Data Relay Installation](/documentation/docs/install-cloud-data-relay), installation of Citrix XenApp API 7.0 is required on the machine that will be used to collect and send the data to the cloud.

Log into your Citrix account and download the “CitrixPoshSdk” to install on the machine.

The 7.0 API is not supplied by Lakeside. See [this article](https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops-service/sdk-api.html) for the steps to install.

## For Collecting Nutanix VMM Data

A working installation of Prism Central is required for Nutanix data to be collected with an installed Data Relay.
