# Approve Actions

To approve created actions:

1. Go to **Configure** > **Tools** > **Automations and Collection Extensions** > **Action Governance** > **Pending Approval**
2. Enable editing by clicking the lock icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. Select the actions you want to approve using the checkboxes next to the action names.

4. Click **Approve**.

5. Confirm the approval.

6. Verify that the approved actions are moved to the **Actions** list and are automatically enabled (see [Action Governance](/documentation/docs/action-governance)).
