# Accessibility Statement

At Lakeside Software, LLC (“Lakeside”), we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for those with disabilities. We have invested significant resources to ensure our products are intuitive and easy to use, with the belief that technology should be inclusive and available to anyone.

## Measures to Support Accessibility

We currently implement the following measures to ensure accessibility across all Lakeside products:

- Include a public accessibility statement on our website.
- Maintain a public support policy.
- Maintain dedicated regional phone numbers and email address for accessibility purposes.
- Provide information about accessing our services and contact information if you are having difficulties accessing our services.

## Conformance Status

The WCAG define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. We continue to strive for WCAG 2.1 level AA compliance to fully conform to all accessibility standards.

## Assistive Technology Compatibility

At Lakeside, we know it’s important that we are compatible with assistive technologies. The following assistive technologies with our website and large portions of our application.

- Screen readers
- Screen magnification software
- Text readers
- Speech input software
- Alternative input devices

## Technical Specifications

Accessibility of our website and mobile application relies on the following technologies to work with the combination of web browsers and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

- HTML
- WAI-ARIA
- CSS
- JavaScript

These technologies help us conform to accessibility standard. Our website and products use Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to ensure all the content is structured and easily accessible via assistive devices.

## Limitations and Alternatives

Though we continue to improve accessibility across all Lakeside products, there are some limitations. Below are areas of our application that currently have known limitations. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

## Assessment

Our website and products are audited for accessibility by external consultants to provide a full assessment of compliance.
