# About SysTrack

Lakeside's flagship product, SysTrack, is an end point monitoring platform that leverages our embedded AI engine and rich data set to enable IT teams to proactively resolve complex issues.

SysTrack captures data such as CPU, disk, memory, and other 10,000+ data points directly from the workspace.

The data is then analyzed by SysTrack and used by IT in ways that lower costs and optimize operations including:

- Lower the amount of help desk tickets
- Identify over and under-provisioning
- Reduce time to resolution
- Track SLA performance
- Measure the performance of roll outs
