Use it to identify differences between the scores and the impact categories that contribute to those differences. See [Health Score vs Experience Index User Guide](/documentation/docs/health-score-vs-experience-index-user-guide). ## Changed ### Experience Index Sensor Scoring and Threshold Updates The following improvements have been made to Experience Index sensors: - Sensor descriptions now provide clearer guidance on trigger conditions, business impact, and recommended next steps. - Individual sensor contributions to Experience Index scoring have been refined to better align reported scores with observed user experience. Selected default sensor thresholds have also been adjusted to better reflect when an issue starts to affect users. As a result, Experience Index scores for some systems may increase or decrease from the date of this update. Historical Experience Index data is not recalculated, and scores recorded before the update remain unchanged. For the full list of changes, see [Experience Index Sensor Changes in SysTrack 11.9.2](/documentation/docs/experience-index-sensor-changes-in-systrack-11-9-2). ### Customization of Experience Index Sensors Administrators can now disable Experience Index sensors globally or by role, or configure sensor impact minutes, so that Experience Index scores match the priorities of their environment. Before changing a sensor, see [Configure the Experience Index](/documentation/docs/configure-the-experience-index) to baseline your environment and record your changes.
